This takes 5-6 hours and I am very thorough. You will end up with a marketing plan of sorts to take action. (What, how, why, where, etc). I only charge $750 for this. This also includes an hour consult to go over the plan and answer any questions you have about the report or anything else.

My phone consultations are $200 per hour. We go through a ton of materials and topics. So it is a great value. My clients have set that price as a fair value for the time.

Here is a recent letter sent from our client to one of our prospective clients regarding our Legal Marketing Review Service and Legal Content Writing Service. I can put you in touch with this attorney if you need a reference. I do not display my client’s  name or website to protect his privacy.

“I have been using James’ company for content since I launched my new site (***injurylaw.com) in January of this year.  I used another company before his and was not overly thrilled with the content.  I contacted James’ company and was provided with some sample pages.  I thought that the pages were professionally written so I placed my first order.  I was very satisfied with the content that they provided.  They delivered professional content at a reasonable price.  If you take a look at my site, easily 95% of the content (including many of the articles) were done by James’ company.  I had him do some specialized content for a practice area specific to Florida, and his company knocked it out of the park (Take a look at the Personal Injury Protection Claims practice area).  They provide accurate explanations of the law – I have not had to make any substantive changes to the content.
The content that has been written for me has unquestionably increased my domain authority/page rank/ and where I show up on google.  I am ranking for several keywords.  I recently had James update one of my existing pages (I only ordered 500 word pages in the beginning due to the amount of money that it costs to fill a website with content).  After updating and posting the page, I received a phone a call a few days later regarding that practice area.  I was able to convert the lead into a case.  Granted, I can’t say 100% that it was from the updated content, although I am pretty confident that it had something to do with it.
Having seen great results, I contacted James to see how I can take my site to the next level to compete against the major law firms in my area.  James suggested that he was able to do an SEO audit for my site.  I told him that I was skeptical of those “audits” and have been burned in the past with useless information.  He assured me that the information would be thorough and helpful.  It was.  The audit was over 30 pages long and he told me (in plain English) what I needed to fix on my site (and how to do it) to make it more friendly to search engines.  He also provided me with advice as to changes that should be made to increase the chances of client conversion – the only real point of a website.  Included with the audit was an hour long phone consultation to discuss any questions.  After speaking with James last week, I ordered approximately additional content for about 20 pages (I want to increase most of my pages to 3,000 words).  Additionally, I hired him to work on increasing my backlinks.  I currently have a contract with a website company until the end of the year.  After my contract is up, I am planning on having James host it and run it.
I hope this was helpful to you.  Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.”
Very truly yours,
Gary E……
